    What we’re looking for

     

    The Administrative Assistant provides support to multiple executives and their teams, handling administrative and operational tasks.  He/she is efficient, organized and able to multi-task.  The individual is comfortable being a member of a team but is also able to work independently with little or no supervision. The work environment is fast-paced, and the assistant must be able to work under pressure while remaining flexible, resourceful and professional.  

    Responsibilities

    A day in the life…

    • Handling sensitive and proprietary corporate information in a confidential manner
    • Scheduling meetings, events and travel; managing multiple and complex calendars
    • Coordinating domestic and international travel in accordance with travel policy and in collaboration with travel agency
    • Preparing expense reports in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
    • Escorting visitors, ensuring security procedures are followed
    • Managing break room supply inventory and kitchen cleaning schedule
    • Ordering office supplies

    Ancillary Functions

    • Assists with special projects as requested

     

    Qualifications

    You’ll own this if you have…

     

    • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
    • 1 to 2 years of office administration experience
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
    • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to get along with a diverse range of people and exhibit a spirit of cooperation
