    What we’re looking for


    The Acquisition Marketing Manager is a member of the Home Credit U.S. Product and Marketing team and will be key to driving towards our aggressive card acquisition goals for 2019 and beyond. This position will drive the portfolio growth of the Home Credit’s credit card products. This role will support the development and execution of acquisition marketing campaigns across all channels including direct marketing, HomeCreditUS.com, Mobile, Email, Paid Media, and Search. This role will work closely with Executives and Senior Managers of Product, Marketing, Risk, Analytics and others as well as with banking partners and agencies. 


    A day in the life…


    The individual will focus primarily in the following areas:

    • Acquisition Marketing campaign development and execution of all campaigns across channels
    • Work closely with channel partners, bank partners and senior leadership within the team to develop campaign strategies 
    • Tracking/reporting campaign performance and optimization of strategies (offer, creative, channel, etc) direct mail, email, HomeCreditUS.com, social, mobile app, etc
    • Work with Media and Advertising asset and campaign development in partnership with bank partner, internal channel owners and Home Credit leadership


    You’ll own this if you have…

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 
    • 3 plus years of consumer credit card experience
    • Comfort and passion for metrics, measurement and financial impacts
    • Consumer marketing experience with track record of success and career growth
    • Demonstrated experience with all solicitation channels and ability to create and evaluate A/B tests and deliver continually optimized results
    • Proven track record of participating in dynamic cross functional technology and business projects with major bottom line impact using a variety of analysis, development and delivery methodologies
    • Superior relationship management skillsDemonstrated experience in working with and influencing cross-functional work teams in a matrix organization
